Introduction
The ingredients used for cooking of the home meals at OME Cooking Lab are
bought from the Seoul Yangnyeong Market and Gyeongdong Traditional Market.
It is a one-day cooking class whereby the participants will first be
brought to tour the local markets mentioned to experience the local culture,
interact with the vendors as they shop for the ingredients required for
cooking, and later dine in a traditional style Korean house after cooking.
